So – the people hosting eatingliturgically.com had a bad couple of days a few week ago. In a series of unfortunate, cascading, events, they had massive server malfunctions. All content seemed to be lost, for everyone.
Then – huzzah! – they were able to restore the website and *most* of the content.
Then – boo! – I realized that, for me, this means all my work between Oct 5, 2018 and the presents was lost.
Oh, the impermanence of things on this mortal coil! Alas!
Honestly, it’s not a super huge deal. I have worked in a website backup on my end, and I can’t think of anything I wrote that’s so revolutionary that I mourn its loss. It’s just a little irksome.
